Method Studio, Inc. – an award-winning, Best of State Architectural and Interior Design firm, is looking for talented and experienced PROJECT ARCHITECT to join our award-winning team in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in architectural and/or tenant improvement projects

Preparation and oversight of construction drawings for General contractors and permit agencies

Experience in managing project teams and or engineering consultants

Software Proficiency: Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp and Enscape a plus but not required.

AutoCAD skills and LEED certification is also a plus

Hiring Manager Notes:

They need to be a licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Knowledge of Revit, project management experience, consultant coordination, are a must.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Sketchup, Revit, and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings and designs.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Incorporate sustainable design practices and LEED Certification requirements into architectural designs.
- Utilize organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate project tasks and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Assist in business development efforts by participating in client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with interior designers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
